16 Royal Brunei Police Force, RBPF personnel were promoted effective from the 8th of April 2026. The promotion was by the consent of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. It took place at the Mess Hall of the Police Headquarters in Gadong.

Present was Dato Seri Pahlawan Sulaiman bin Alidin, Commissioner of Police. Also present was Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Mohammad Saifullah bin Pengiran Indera Setia Diraja Sahibul Karib Pengiran Anak Haji Idris, Deputy Commissioner of Police. 5 officers were promoted to Chief Inspector, and 11 others were promoted to Senior Inspectors.
